Terms of Service and SMS Terms

These terms govern your use of https://yournextlevelcharter.com and any booking request made with Next Level Charters LLC (“Next Level Charters”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a charter you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to make a booking or opt in to SMS messages.

Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it and your deposit is paid. Pricing, deposit, balance, cancellation, weather and reschedule terms are set out in the charter agreement you sign before your charter, and that agreement governs your charter. Every charter runs with a licensed captain, who has final say on safety, route and weather decisions.

SMS messaging program

Next Level Charters sends SMS text messages to customers who opt in by ticking the optional SMS consent box on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we send: booking confirmations, schedule and captain updates, replies to questions you send us, and occasional offers and review requests. These include marketing, promotional, informational and transactional messages.

Frequency: message frequency varies with your booking. Costs: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Text STOP to (727) 342-0306 at any time to stop messages. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Help: Text HELP for help, or contact us at (727) 342-0306 or ciaran@yournextlevelcharter.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, submit false booking information or attempt to interfere with its operation. Site content, photos and video belong to Next Level Charters LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Next Level Charters LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability for your charter is set out in your charter agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
