This policy explains how Next Level Charters LLC (“Next Level Charters”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit https://yournextlevelcharter.com or book a charter with us.

Information we collect

When you request a charter we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, preferred date, start time, charter length, number of guests, occasion and any notes you choose to add. If you pay a deposit, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use it to confirm and manage your charter, send your charter agreement and payment links, assign a licensed captain, answer your questions, and, where you have agreed, send occasional offers and review requests.

SMS text messages and opt-in

We only text your mobile number if you tick the optional SMS consent box on our booking form. That box is not pre-checked and consent is not a condition of booking. Messages cover booking confirmations, schedule and captain updates, replies to your questions, and occasional offers or review requests, which may be marketing, promotional, informational and transactional. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run charters (our booking system, payment processor, email and SMS providers, and the captain operating your charter), and only as needed to provide the service, or where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses essential cookies and similar technologies so pages and the booking form work, and may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Data security

We use reputable providers that encrypt data in transit and restrict access to the people who need it to run your charter. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ciaran@yournextlevelcharter.com or calling (727) 342-0306. Text STOP to stop SMS messages.

Children

Our booking form is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
